D. Barry Blank, CPA
Barry began his career as an accountant with what was previously known as one of the big eight accounting firms, Arthur Young & Co. There he gained invaluable experience as an auditor observing systems and procedures of successful firms. With this job experience as a staff auditor,he switched rolls and worked as a chief financial officer (CFO) gaining broad experience on the operational side of financial management. With this background, he launched his CPA firm to accomplish his lifelong dream of putting his knowledge and experience to work for his own clients. Long hours in the classroom retain and sharpened his skills in taxation and business/financial management.
Barry is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the Kentucky Society of Certified Public Accountants. In addition to his office duties, he enjoys public speaking engagements to business/government executives and financial administrators. His speaking experience includes addressing three national organizations as well as local business groups. He has also lead a 2 day workshop for financial executives initiated by a state university.
